1. Your legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. If your order was delivered in several separate parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email is sufficient) before the withdrawal period expires:

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required.

Effects of withdrawal: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs: if you are in the Netherlands, return shipping is free. If you are ordering from any other country, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function (for shoes: trying them on indoors, on a clean surface, without wearing them outside).

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: gift cards; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
