Returns & Refunds Policy
At Maca’kisses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not fully happy with your order, you have the right to return your items under the conditions outlined below.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Must be unworn and unused (only tried on indoors)
• Must be in their original condition
• Must be returned in the original packaging (shoe box included)
• Must show no signs of wear, damage, or use
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We offer free returns within the Netherlands.

5. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability.
Exchange conditions:
• Item must meet all return conditions
• Exchange must be requested within the 14-day return period
If the requested size is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Used or worn items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items with visible signs of use or damage
